what have you eaten today/what do you eat in a normal day?

paper.

jk i don’t have pica.

um i had a smoothie that was basically just ice, strawberries, water, and equal blended together for breakfast. and i had to have black coffee with equal in order for me not to fall asleep

and frekin’ ginormous apple for snack

and a salad with a original vegan boca burger on it at our family cookouttt. wooo memorial day!

and in a regular day i have that smoothie for breakfast, sandwich-apple-carrots for lunch, salad for dinner, and like fruit and veggies for snacks

nothin to special, actually pretty boring

i really want some ice cream now too but unfortunately my family doesn’t really buy unhealthy food

what are you most insecure about

i guess my appearance in general.

i’m pretty happy with who i am as a person, and if i wasn’t its easy enough to change. appearance is hard to change thoughh.

Is it okay to run 6 or 5 days a week? I'm a beginner runner (or more like a jogger I would say XD) but I'd like to run Monday to Thursday and Saturday; and take Friday and Sunday free but I'm scared to get injured :/

you might want to start off with fewer days!  maybe after a couple weeks you could try running more often, depending on how you’re feeling!

you definitely don’t want to get injured!

Okay i total messed up me sorry could you help me with some more please :) ? The problem actually was 7+3[4(2x-3)-8x=3x-8 and 3y^2-8y+5 and 6x^2-5x+1 pleaaaase :) just these i know their easy i just don't know where to start

first one i got x=-7

the second two aren’t equations because they don’t have an equals sign so i’m not sure what i’m supposed to do for them…
